La mouture US de "Help !" (Capitol MAS/SMAS 2386 - 13/08/1965) a été concue manière similaire à
"A Hard Day's Night (The Movie Soundtrack)", à savoir comme une vraie bande originale de film. "Act Naturally", It's Only Love", "You Like Me To Much", "Tell Me What You See", "I've Just Seen A Face", "Yesterday" et "Dizzy Miss Lizzy" laissent leur place à 5 instrumentaux du George Martin Orchestra, dont Ken Thorne signe les arrangements: "From Me to You Fantasy", "In the Tyrol", "Another Hard Day's Night", le Medley: "The Bitter End" / "You Can't Do That" et "The Chase". A noter que la chanson titre de l'album est précédée d'un arrangement de Thorne sur le célèbre thème de James Bond (John Barry / Monty Norman Orchestra) !
